I have bartended all over California, from huge New Years Eve parties in San Diego to work parties in Hollywood to private birthday parties in San Francisco. I have worked as a contractor for catering companies, and have also done my time serving drinks for high volume bars such as the famous Swallow’s Inn in San Juan Capistrano, CA. I bartend events up and down the east coast, from Jacksonville, NC, to New York, and I even bartend parties in Tennessee on occasion.

I’m Pamela with over 15 years of experience bartending from small informal events to elaborate weddings and social gatherings. I have bar managed Xavier’s bar and grill in San Diego’s historic Gaslamp District and The Spaghetteria in Little Italy, as well as event planning/waitressing for community fundraising events and local charities throughout Wisconsin. “Service with a smile” is my motto!
